In fulfillment of our mission and in response to many customers’ requests, Danieli has made the decision to open its own Service Center in Vietnam, that is in operation since January 2020. Our Service Center provides OEM quality repairs, parts and services, using OEM knowledge and technology, which our customers previously didn’t have access in the country.

Our mission is to provide our customers the best services in terms of repairs, refurbishment and overhaul of Danieli equipment by installing original OEM parts and apply the unparalleled knowledge of the equipment and their operating functionality. The existing facility was also conceived to provide advanced/consignment stock solutions to local customers, extending the portfolio of solutions related to consumables and high rotation spare parts (https://www.danieli.com/en/customer-service/original-spare-parts.htm).

Additionally, the presence of a local team of specialists allows Danieli Service to conceive tailor-made training and technical assistance programs, in line with specific needs of Vietnamese customers.

Danieli has over 100 years’ experience in worldwide plant maintenance and operations, and our employees know how to operate in a safe and healthy environment, while still producing on-time, high quality products. Our engineers and technicians have the experience to provide high-quality repair and service work, while at the same time are always thinking of offering technological upgrades to enable our Customers to save time and money.

Our new Service Center has been designed to repair and service the majority of Danieli equipment installed in our customers Melt Shops, Casters and Rolling Mills that are worn, in need of minor repair, have damaged parts, or are in need of a complete overhaul. This equipment includes:

• Rebar Rolling Mill Stands
• Shears
• Straighteners
• Laying Heads (wire rod)
• Continuous Caster Oscillating Benches (billet/slap&bloom)
• Fast finishing Block Mandrels (wire rod)
• Fast finishing Block Modules (wire rod)
• Gearboxes/Reducers
• Cardan Spindles & Gear Spindles
• Or any other equipment upon dedicated analysis.

Customers with Non-Danieli equipment can also take the advantage of the Workshop Competences upon dedicated analysis of the activity to be performed.
